This lovely earthenware grapefruit bowl looks just like a grapefruit, inside and outside! Each bowl is slip-cast in a special mold made from a real grapefruit to recreate the unique dimpled texture of grapefruit rind. The interior of the bowl is painted with a bright pink color that resembles the look of grapefruit flesh.

All Vegetabowls are fully handcrafted in small batches in Buffalo, NY. Each bowl is slip-cast from molds made from real fruits and vegetables. The earthenware base of each bowl is hand-painted with non-toxic, food safe glazes of various colors. Small marks and variations are a sign of the handmade process.
